Landlords

 

10%         Commission on all rent collected

 

�50         Administration fee to cover advertising and viewings

 

�50          Tenancy  Agreement

 

�25          Inventory which includes

providing a comprehensive inventory of all items in the property.

The copying of all equipment manuals.

Recording of condition of items

Updates as required

 

 

 

 Repairs -  We deal with all repairs under �500 at no extra cost. Over �500 we make a charge of 10% of the sum payable above �500.

�30          Administering tenancy extension

 

�85          Gas Safety Certificate if required

 

The above covers our full management service which includes
